Announcing the 2023 National Local Government Customer Service Conference and Awards
8-9 November 2023, Rydges Port Macquarie
2023, the year we create the new normal! This is the year we will take all the challenges we have faced in the past few years and mould them into some kind of new normal, to celebrate that we should all come together and share our experiences.
The National Executive Committee are once again excited to be hosting the 2023 Annual National Local Government Customer Service Conference and Awards back at the beautiful Rydges Port Macquarie by popular demand.
The Executive are pulling together a program and have already engaged a magical keynote speaker, innovative council members to present thought-provoking case studies along with sensational sponsor presentations. The conference is designed for any Team that values Customers within our Local Government Customer Experience fields. Sure to be jam-packed with useful content to take back to your Council, but is also the forum to meet likeminded people and expand your network.
This is our opportunity to connect with each other, share some stories, innovations, laughs and celebrate each other!
So join us in Port Macquarie for 8-9 November 2023.
