Janelle was pushed out of corporate life in 2001 (she didn’t see it coming!) and for the past 22 years she has had the absolute joy of working with clients and teams in both mainstream businesses and government organisation’s across Australia and the Pacific. Janelle’s workshops and speaking topics are always around ‘people’.
As Janelle explains to her audiences ‘we are the most complex thing you will ever have to deal with and if I can share what I’ve learned about people during my career/life and it helps others to understand us a little better, then my job is done”.

The National Local Government Customer Service Network understands the importance of recognising, rewarding and showcasing the achievements of customer service professionals and Councils. In 2015, the Network launched the prestigious National Local Government Customer Service Awards.
